COVID-19 UPDATE

Facial coverings are required by patients and visitors to our offices. Masks and facial coverings should cover both mouth and nose at all times and fit snugly and securely against the side of the face.

We are committed to providing the safest environment possible for our patients and staff and will be following additional safety guidelines:

• Anyone who accompanies a patient to our office is asked to wait in their vehicle.
• Patients requiring special assistance and minors should be accompanied by only one parent/visitor.
• The number of patients who will be in our office at any given time will be limited.
• Additional cleaning measures have been added throughout the office.
